A Million Wells Program
The construction of wells rainwater is a solution
This is an education and social mobilization program for people
living in the Brazilian semiarid region.The construction of wells that
store rainwater, which can be harvested on roofs and then used during
periods of droughts, is a simple and relatively affordable solution. It
can put a definitive end to drinking water deprivation in the entire
semiarid region of Brazil.
