Direct access to contents
This website allows keyboard-navigation, independently of the exclusive use of the mouse. Direct access is a navigation resource that allows you to go directly to the main contents of the page, by pressing TAB to activate the link 'Go to contents', located on the top of the page. The same occurs with the link 'Go to menu'.
Access keys
Access keys are a navigation resource that allows you to navigate through this website with your keyboard. When using Firefox, by pressing your access keys, you will directly enter the desired page. With Internet Explorer, you must posit your cursor over the link to be clicked and press ENTER to access the desired page.

This site uses a configuration that meet most of the international recommendations on access keys. They are:

With Internet Explorer, you must press the ALT key along with the Number (ALT + Number), whereas with Firefox, you must press ALT, Shift and the Number keys (ALT + Shift + Number).

This site uses the Open Source Content Management System Plone, and it was projected to be accessible in agreement with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C/WAI/WCAG 2.0) and the Electronic Government Accessibility Model (e-MAG 3.0).
