Themis Methodology for Access to JusticeThis project promotes legal training for female community leaders on subjects related mainly to women’s human rights and the structure of the state, so that they can exercise their citizenship and increase their access to information. After training, women are ready to work as People’s Legal Agents (PLPs – Promotoras Legais Populares) and are enabled to act as citizenship and human rights agents in their communities, building on the knowledge they acquired during the course and promoting social control and advocacy.
